  • 解釈:焼けた石に、少しばかりの水を掛けても冷めない。援助や努力の力が僅かで、効果が上がらないこと。
  • Literal:It is water to the stone which has been burned.
  • Interpretation:Since the power of assistance or efforts is slight, it is that an effect does not go up. Nothing but a drop in the bucket.
